Greetings From RAJISACON 2024

It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to attend the 25^th Annual Conference of Rajasthan Society of Anaesthesiologists “RAJISACON 2024” to be held on 13^th - 15^th September 2024 at Jodhpur. This conference is being organized by Department of Anaesthesia, Dr. S. N. Medical College, Jodhpur and hosted by ISA Jodhpur City Branch.

This conference will bring together renowned National & State experts from various specialized fields of Anaesthesia at a common platform where delegates will be enlightened by the experts about the area of growing concern and their possible solutions. It will give an excellent opportunity for knowledge exchange among participants as this conference will be an interdisciplinary platform for anaesthesiologists, practitioners, educators and post graduate students to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the diversified field of Anaesthesiology.

Jodhpur, the second largest city in Rajasthan is popularly known as the “Blue City”. The name is clearly befitting as most of the architecture – forts, palaces, temples, havelis and even houses are built in vivid shades of blue. It is known for being one of the most popular tourist destinations of all time. The mammoth, imposing fortress of Mehrangarh has a landscape dominating a rocky ridge with eight gates leading out of the fortress. Historically, Jodhpur was a princely state, and it was also the capital of the Kingdom of Marwar in Rajasthan. The culture and tradition, spices and fabrics, colour and texture, and a booming handicrafts industry, all add up to make this historic city worth a visit.
